After your enquiry, our provisional email/letter for your reservation will inform you of the date by which your confirmation with credit or debit card details will be required, normally within 10 days.

In order to guarantee a reservation we would need a credit or debit card number with expiry date and security code, with which the first night's accommodation will be charged in the event of "no-show" or without 24 hours notice prior to cancellation.  Please note that cancellations must be made to us in writing.

We accept most major credit and debit cards: Amex, MasterCard and Visa.

If no confirmation with credit or debit card details is received by the due date, the reservation will be cancelled without further notice.

Credit facilities are only available by prior arrangement.

Guests are respectfully requested to settle their accommodation accounts on arrival.
